Flow Productions is a dance production company founded in Oulu, Finland, in 2006. The company produces the works of two recognized dance artists, Maria Littow and Pirjo-Yli-Maunula, and offers production and mentoring services also for other artists, productions and various projects.

Flow Production reaches out for local, national as well as international dimensions.

The premieres of year 2010 are: Elegy by Pirjo Yli-Maunula and guitarist Joonas Widenius, Arki alkaa, oletko valmis? by Maria Littow, Here to stay by Melissa Monteros, Wojchiech Mochniej, Pirjo Yli-Maunula and Jukka Huitila and Hilpeät Elitisit by Jaana Klevering and Pirjo Yli-Maunula.

Furthermore Pirjo Yli-Maunula will be mentoring the piece Slapstick, Spalstick! by Vaatu Kalajoki and Pauliina Tyni. She will also dance in Reijo Kela´s installation work Jokinainen (River Woman).

In year 2010 Flow is supported by Oulu city, National Council for Dance and Arts Council of Finland.

Production services

Flow Productions offers production services for artists, artist groups, projects and various events.

Pirjo Yli-Maunula has produced a great number of dance works since 1982, for example, at Oulu Dance Studio, JoJo – Oulu Dance Center and at Flow Productions. In addition, she has wide experience of producing various festivals, events, tours and galas.

Based on each individual case and contract, production assignments can consist of arrangements for financing and co-operation partners, management of finances and practical issues of the project as well as of communications and marketing.
